John came to Nutter Home Loans with over 15 years of experience in the Residential/Commercial loan industry. He knows the importance of helping his clients because as a child he remembers the painstaking process his parents went through when either purchasing or refinancing their family home(s). John was raised in Altoona, IA. In high school he was in sports year around and coached little league basketball and soccer.

John is a passionate girl dad to both of his amazing daughters; they are 10 and 8. They have a whippet/lab mix. His oldest daughter loves soccer, which he coaches and his youngest loves gymnastics. As a family they enjoy long bike rides, traveling and camping. John is also an acting board member of the “Cowboy-up Triathlon” whereas 100% of the proceeds are donated to charities and scholarships.
